SweetHeather Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 My friend Bushi's sub was to expire and resubbed but he is using a new email. So the new sub sent the password to his old email. And he said he's tried contacting support many times. I would also myself consider payment issues/questions to be noticed. He said that he has not gotten a reply in 3 days over it. I would consider issues like these worth engaging so not sure why no one has written him back. So hoping you still read the forums, specifically 'Technical Support'.
